Day 1

Arriving Copenhagen in the evening, we quickly bought ourselves train tickets to København H where we walked 600m to our Hotel Loeven. We spent 2 nights there and it was a pleasant stay - room was spacious and clean!

Our parents checked in a couple of hours earlier before we arrived. We quickly freshen up and went straight out to check out the city!

City Hall Square

Strøget - shopping district

Tip: Keep an eye on sales, they're quite a bargain!

Rundetaarn - observatory

Rosenborg Castle

Rosenborg Castle Gardens

Tivoli Gardens

København H - Copenhagen Central Station

As we were all tired from traveling that day, we had a quick dinner at McDonald's in København H before returning to the hotel to call it a day.

Day 2

We started off our day with Christianborg Palace as our first destination to visit.

Christianborg Palace

Børsen

Nyhavn

We bought tickets for Netto-Boat in Nyhavn, which is a 60 minutes harbor and canal tour. The ticket cost us DKK40 each which was about MYR27 each.

During the boat tour, we spotted this eatery which seems like a pretty cool place. It has the same concept as a hawker in Malaysia, but only way way cooler and modern!

PapirØen - Copenhagen Street Food

Copenhagen specialty - Smørrebrød

Amalienborg

Visit Carlsberg

Tip: Free shuttle available to and fro København H between 11am - 5.30pm.

Day 3

We had half a day to spend before our train to Hamburg, Germany that day. We didn't had any other places to go which was close enough to our hotel, hence we decided to spend it in Strøget. That was when we really did quite a lot of shopping for clothing and also souvenir.

We had hotdog sandwiches from a cart near the fountain, found a place under a tree to sit while we enjoyed the music from 3 middle age man busking by the street.
