BIRCH, DAMANSARA CITY MALL

by - January 12, 2018

A change in my life currently includes planning ahead for our weekend agendas, and I am liking it so far (although sometimes we mess it up because I can't wake up early enough for it). As for last weekend, we planned to have brunch at Birch - a fairly new restaurant that I've been seeing on Instagram - after church. If I were to describe this restaurant in 2 words, it would be "Insta-worthy & Tummy-worthy". And in the following pictures, you'll see why.

When we got to the restaurant, we had to wait for about 40 minutes for a table - shows how good their business is! Tip: Do make reservations beforehand to avoid long waits! However, if any of you do end up with long waits, you may take a short walk in B.I.G., one level below Birch - which is what we did and got fascinated with groceries (what domesticated couples do).

As both of us love to share instead of ordering for ourselves, we decided to order 3 mains (okay, one of it is sort of dessert-ish) to have more varieties!

The Breakfast Plate (RM35)

Brûlée French Toast (RM26)

Pasta with Tomato Anchovy Sauce (RM21)

Each mains were delicious, especially the breakfast plate and toast!

Thanks for exploring new restaurants and cafes with me, and being patient enough with me while I take tonssssssss of photos...
